3. Strict Anti-Scraping & Data Theft Prohibition

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at New Delhi, India.
