Railway Recruitment Boards have issued Corrigendum No. 5 for Centralized Employment Notice CEN No. 09/2025 pertaining to recruitment for various posts in Level 1 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix. This notice provides specific amendments to previously published provisions regarding scribe assistance for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities and candidates with physical writing limitations. The corrections update references to required medical certificates and letters of undertaking, specifying the applicable annexures for candidates with benchmark disabilities as well as those with less than 40 percent disability. Detailed procedures for opting for a scribe, registering scribes on the application portal, and confirming scribe details via One-Time Registration and OTP validation are explicitly outlined. RRB Ministerial and Isolated Categories 2024
Railway Recruitment Boards have issued a notice regarding the refund of examination fees for candidates who appeared in the First Stage Computer Based Test for Ministerial and Isolated Categories under CEN 07/2024. The notice addresses candidates whose fee refund transactions failed due to incorrect bank details such as wrong account numbers or IFSC codes. Affected candidates are notified via SMS or email to update their bank details using a dedicated rectification link provided on the official RRB websites. To complete the process, candidates must validate their Aadhaar number, after which their Aadhaar-seeded bank account will be automatically retrieved for confirmation. In cases where no linked account is available, candidates will be directed to the NPCI portal to link their bank account or may provide an Aadhaar-seeded bank account of a family member. This serves as the final opportunity for candidates to submit correct bank details to receive their fee refund.
