Railway Recruitment Board Prayagraj has issued a notice regarding document verification and medical examination for candidates provisionally selected under Centralized Employment Notice CEN 03/2025 for Paramedical categories. Selected candidates are instructed to attend the verification process at the Railway Recruitment Board office in Prayagraj on specified dates with their original certificates, self-attested photocopies, and digital uploads submitted through the dedicated online portal prior to their reporting date. Following successful document verification, candidates will be directed to designated railway hospitals for medical examination. Shortlisting for document verification and medical tests is strictly provisional and does not confer any right to final appointment, which remains contingent upon fulfilling all eligibility conditions and merit position.

Step 1: Download the e-call letter using the link sent via SMS/email alert or from the official website www.rrbpryj.gov.in

Step 2: Upload clear scanned images of all original certificates, passport size photo, and signature on the RRB DV Portal (https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv) prior to the verification date

Step 3: Report to the Railway Recruitment Board office, Subedarganj, Prayagraj on the scheduled date and time with all original documents and two sets of self-attested A4 photocopies

Step 4: Complete the Document Verification process and obtain medical examination instructions

Step 5: Attend the Medical Examination at the nominated Railway Hospital on the day following Document Verification and pay the medical fee of Rs. 24
