Overview
Railway Recruitment Board Mumbai has released a notification regarding the shortlisting of candidates for document verification, credentials genuineness check, and medical examination for various posts under Paramedical Categories (CEN 03/2025). Provisionally shortlisted candidates are instructed to report to the RRB office in Mumbai Central on specified dates with original documents, self-attested photocopies, and uploaded digital copies of signatures and photographs via the dedicated portal. Following document verification, candidates will undergo medical examination at nominated Railway Hospitals on the next day. Selection is strictly provisional and determined by computerized merit examination.

Step 1: Download e-call letter from the official RRB website following SMS/Email alerts.

Step 2: Upload scanned color copies of photo and signature on the portal https://oirms-ir.gov.in/rrbdv prior to Document Verification.

Step 3: Report to Railway Recruitment Board, Mumbai, Divisional Office Compound, Mumbai Central, Mumbai - 400008 on the scheduled date and time.

Step 4: Present original certificates along with two sets of self-attested A4 photocopies.

Step 5: Attend the Medical Examination at the nominated Railway Hospital on the day following Document Verification and pay the Rs 24 medical fee.
