Bihar Police Sub-Ordinate Services Commission has released an official recruitment notification for the post of Adhinayak Anudeshak under the Home Department, Government of Bihar. This recruitment drive is specifically open to enrolled and trained personnel of the Bihar Home Guard organization who meet prescribed service criteria, including a minimum of five years of service. Eligible candidates must have completed Intermediate education or an equivalent qualification, satisfy designated age requirements, and possess minimum specified service experience in the Home Guards. The selection procedure comprises two primary stages: a written examination and a physical efficiency test. The written examination consists of objective-type matriculation-level questions covering subjects such as Hindi, English, Mathematics, Social Science, Science, General Knowledge, and Current Affairs.
